Sanford ponders legal action over ethics report (WCNC Charlotte)
COLUMBIA, S.C. — South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford says he will use legal action if necessary to keep a preliminary state Ethics Commission report from being released to state legislators, many of whom have called for him to resign.
